We made this for a couple of different reasons.
Reason #1: We went to a thrift store yesterday and there was a "Free" shelf outside with books. I told the kids they could pick one each. My oldest picked on titled "Cookie Cookery." I need to look in it and see how old it is.
Today, he wanted to make something from it- of course. So,
Reason #2: The recipe had "Sugar" in the title. Enough said for my oldest child.
Reason #3: A cousin made a large cookie in "pizza" form a few weeks ago. We figured this was a great time to try one of our own.
Sugar Cookies made into a pizza with frosting, Dr. Pepper topping, marshmallows, chocolate chips, semisweet chocolate chips, cherry chips, a few fruit sliced gummy things.....is your tummy hurting yet? Very rich!
The cookie part was great though. The center was so soft and the edges had the slightest crunch!
BTW: I have been demoted to ingredient-grabber. I am only needed if something cannot be reached; or found.
